WhatsApp & Excel

We take an extreme form of the Amazon’s two pizza team approach where we attempt to run with a loosely coupled partnerships of vendors and contractors to provide productized services.

Amazon culturally was created before the iPhone and had a very in person view of the world. I am thinking that a better view of the world now would be that an ideal company is one where you can run an entire business of a single Excel file and a WhatsApp group. If you can’t do that then it is a failure of sorts.

• WhatsApp. Use WhatsApp for all communication and groups for collaboration.
• Excel. Excel or Google Sheets for running the actual business including Deming processes.
