One of the primary changes that I am going through is figuring out if I can launch fast. What are the fewest components needed to launch something and then figure out if something worked.

The thing is launching something should be hyper cheap. It shouldn’t take more than a few hours and as much of it should automated as possible.

In this regard yerraco is different as it designs the company and all its components and how they work together. OpsZero and everything else are the operational aspects. They make things run.
