Since I figured out the big four the goal is now figuring out the KPIs for each of them. Once of the things I keep ignoring is the rule that, “what gets measured gets managed.” I have been largely flying by the seat of my pants in regards to that. It is time to change that.

One of the primary things I have been doing is setting up the metrics for everything. This will lead to knowing what outcome I want to get to and how I’m improving month over month. This is really the primary investment that I can make. making sure all the KPIs are setup for every part of the business and on a weekly cadence fix the issues to increase the value.
