Capital is my trading bot. It’s goal is to help make better trading decisions by using data about the world. It does this by doing the following:

• Go app that watches the stock market and records decision points.
• Can call out to Python code if it needs to for making decisions.
• Can run independently and without much effort.
• Makes a model of the world.
